How much a cake or cupcake cost?
Bespoke cakes vary depending on size and design. The best way is to send us the image so our representative can quote the price. This can be done through website chat, whatsapp or Facebook page. All of the cakes in our gallery have a guide price. This price may still vary depending on size.
How many days before do we have to place the order?
Order normally needs to be placed 24 hrs before the due date but we do entertain emergency order. For wedding or events, the lead time is 2 days to 1 week.
What is the minimum order customer can place?
Since we are a bespoke bakery so we have minimum quantity check imposed on all orders. Our bespoke cake minimum quantity depends on design. For the displayed cakes on our website, the minimum quantity is mentioned. For cupcakes the minimum quantity is 06 and two flavours per order possible. Our minimum order for cake pops is 12 per design and for cookies, its 24 per design.
What is the procedure to place the custom order?
Order need to be placed by filling the CUSTOM ORDER FORM. Customer needs to mention all the details and changes in special instruction section. Kindly make sure that you recheck all the details filled in the form.
How I will be confirmed that my order is placed and confirmed?
Once order is placed, you will receive an email with all the details you filled and the order number. This order number is used as reference for all future discussions regarding that order. Our team rep may call the customer, one day before the delivery if there is any confusion in the order.
How will I pay for the order?
Customer comfort is our priority so we mainly accept CASH ON DELIVERY but if you are planning to gift someone than payment has to be made in advance. Also if the order value is more than Rs.7000 than our team may contact you for partial advance payment. You can check our Payment Method page for more details.
Do I have to pick my order or can i get delivery too?
Custom has both option of store pickup or delivery at doorstep. All our deliveries are handled by third party and Mini Treats acts as liaison party. All delivery responsibility resides with the delivery company. The company (Mini Treats) is not responsible for delays or cancellation of deliveries. Also the company (Mini Treats) won't be liable for any damage that may occur during delivery of product.
How much delivery costs?
Delivery charges detail is mentioned on our DELIVERY page. The company charge as per zone and the charges increase for midnight delivery. Moreover, in case of tier cakes the charges will be more as the delivery is done by car/truck.
How can I cancel the order?
If you need to cancel an order please contact us through helpline at least 2 business days before the order is set to ship. Customers must give a reasonable amount of time to act upon this request, for this reason 2 full business days are required. We cannot guarantee a cancelation if the request is made within 2 days of order due date. In case of less than two days, a cancellation charges of 25% of the order amount will be charged. In case of less than 24 hours, full amount will be charged for the order.
